What is Dwellsy Direct?
Dwellsy Direct is our newest product, created specifically to make listing easier on small landlords. By “small landlords” we mean those with roughly 1-4 vacant units at a time. For landlords in that position, it can be complex and fruitless to list on other rental platforms, unless of course they are willing to pay a whole lot extra to boost their listings. Dwellsy Direct provides small landlords with the opportunity to get their listings seen by renters all across the country for free, in just a few minutes.
How Does It Work?
The signup process for Dwellsy Direct only takes a few minutes. All you need to list your rentals is your real name, phone number, email, and the verifiable addresses for your listings. We utilize this information to distinguish real landlords from potential scammers. In order to keep Dwellsy Direct fraud-free, we also like to keep things anonymous.
After you sign up with your information, you answer a few questions about the type of unit(s) you’re listing. You then upload whatever pictures you have, and then you're done. Your listing(s) will be published on Dwellsy, and renters should be contacting you in no time.
